Imran govt is U-Turn government: Bilawal

NAUNDERO: PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that Imran Khan’s government is U-Turn regime.

He said he was happy to hear the announcements of 100-day plan, but so far not a single has been implemented, Bilawal said while addressing Eid Milan Party hosted by him at Bhutto House here on Thursday night evening for polling agents of NA-200, PS-10 and 11 and party’s activists.

Bilawal said that there would only be good governance in the province now and people would rule because they now have to serve the masses selflessly. He said: “We will fight together for having rights. People of Sindh gave us more votes than 2013 general elections and now it is our turn to repay the same to the people by giving them full facilities and basic necessities by serving them honestly. I am proud of his workers who stood firm despite difficult hurdles and did not change their loyalties.”

He said PPP would continue its struggle till last breath for safeguarding and restoring democracy in the country. Bilawal said: “If people continue their support, PPP one day will also form government at national level. Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari, Faryal Talpur, Nisar Khuhro and others were also present.

Most of the polling agents were asked by the security staff to hand them over all the applications which the workers had brought with them and wanted to give to Bilawal personally before allowing their entry into the Bhutto House. The activists handed over them all the applications.

But when they returned after attending the party they found their applications torn and lying on the ground outside Bhutto House due to which they felt disgusted. They murmured that they have once again been ignored. They demanded of their chairman to take serious notice of the matter and appoint new personal staff who respect the poor workers.

Meanwhile, Political Secretary to Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Jameel Soomro took notice of reports in a section of news channels about the applications collected during a gathering of PPP workers at Bhutto House and an inquiry had been ordered into the reports, said a message sent to newsmen through WhatsApp.

All the applications received by Chairman Secretariat are recorded and will be sent to relevant authorities for further necessary action, the statement further claimed.
