KARACHI: Two persons were killed in different road accidents in the metropolis in the wee hours of Monday.
According to rescue sources, a fast-moving vehicle hit a motorbike in Metroville area. As a result, a 22-year-old youth, Atif suffered severe injuries and died on the spot.
The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for an autopsy.
Separately, a speeding car hit a 12-old girl, Suraj daughter of Nadir, while crossing the road in Korangi Crossing area. As a result, she suffered serious injuries and died on the spot.
The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center for a postmortem examination.
