DADU: Dadu Police on Tuesday arrested a wanted terrorist involved in a bus attack in Karachi’s Safoora Chowrangi area on 2015.
According to SSP Dadu Tanveer Tunio , accused Naveed alias Sharif resident of Hyderabad, is affiliated to al-Qaeda was arrested after his return from Afghanistan.
SSP further said that the accused had been declared a proclaimed offender by an anti-terrorism court while six cases were pending against the terrorist who is also accused of killing two policemen in Hyderabad on 2014, and also accused of murdering of two Rangers personnel during a bank robbery in Hyderabad.
In May 2015, 47 members of the Ismaili community were killed when their bus was attacked in Safoora Goth.
