Bandits loot house in Larkana

LARKANA: Unknown armed thieves barged into the house of one resident Ayaz Gopang in Bhains Colony, located within the limits of Rahmatpur police station, made the entire family members captive, robbed them of eight tola golden ornaments, six lac rupees cash, five mobile phones and other valuables on Wednesday and fled.

Police were informed but as usual they arrived late, enquired about the details and left without doing anything or at least solacing the affected poor man that his stolen material will be recovered and handed over to him soon. Gopang told newsmen that all the five criminals were armed and after looting they escaped as if they had no fear of law.

It must be mentioned here that the Sindh Government had posted a new SSP to control ever-increasing crime in the home town of Bhutto leaders but he too has miserably so far failed to curb crimes, arrest the active criminal gangs and bring them to justice but the residents are constantly suffering for paying direct and indirect taxes and giving votes to the ruling PPP. Residents have demanded to post a known SSP here in Larkana on a permanent basis instead of on trial basis who have no past good performance as lawlessness has become a common factor in Larkana.
