Karachi, September 19, 2012 (PPI-OT): With reference to the above cited subject, this is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of Aisha Steel Mills Limited (ASML) will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 12 noon at Arif Habib Centre, 23 M.T. Khan Road, Karachi to consider and approve audited financial statements of Aisha Steel Mills Limited under the recommendations of Audit Committee for the year ended June 30, 2012 together with the Auditors Report and Directors’ Report thereon.

Further, it is hereby notified that in compliance with the clause xxiii of the Code of Corporate Governance, Closed Period is hereby determined from September 20, 2012 to September 29, 2012 (both days inclusive) prior to the announcement of results for the year ended June 30, 2012.
