QUETTA: New government in Balochistan should learn experiences of the past and pay attention on ending people’s problems. Jamaat Islami would launch mass contact campaign form February 1 to apprise people of corruption and corrupt officers, ministers and unjust government measures. Heavy on CPEC is in danger. New Government should pay attention.
These views were expressed by Amir Jamaat Islami Balochistan Abdul Haq Hashmi in his remarks at closing ceremony of 2-day meeting of provincial shura and talking to Newsmen here Sunday.
He said people were suffering from diseases, unemployment, lawlessness, hate and prejudice. New Government should take revolutionary measures for people’s welfare and minimizing their difficulties.
He said at the shura meeting responsible urged for preparations for elections, strategy and establishing new units. He asked District Umra and responsible for getting ready for polls as Jamaat would definitely participate these polls.
He said though we are not in assembly, we were serving the people at every level. Pious, honest people would successful in elations and thus people’s problems can be resolved.
Responsible and workers of Jamaat should work with full planning to spread Message to every door and pay attention on deletion preparations and collecting resources. They should highlight to unite deeni voters, pious people for their success and awareness among the people against loot and corruption so that honest people reach assemblies.
He said for transparent elections electoral reforms should be made prior to election. Jamaat Islami wants accountability of all indiscriminately. Ghost and double employment should end for bringing looted wealth and end to unemployment and corruption. JI Shura held district and elected representatives responsible for non supply of clean drinking water, irregular traffic, cleanliness, gas and electricity load shedding, law and order, unemployment, education and health problems
