2 more govt members tender resignations

QUETTA: Two more members of provincial government have tendered resignations. Number of ministers, advisers and special assistants has risen to five. Members claim to have support of 42 members for no trust motion while government also claimed to having required majority of members.

According to details Provincial Labour Minister Mohtarma Rahat Jamali and Adviser on Excise Abdul Majid Abro have tendered resignations from their offices. Abdul Majid Abro was appointed adviser to Chief Minister two days earlier. Mohtarma Rahat Jamali was made minister couple of months ago. Earlier Adviser to Chief Minister Prince Ahmed Ali also sent his resignation to Balochistan Governor. Earlier Provincial Minister Sarfraz Domki had tendered his resignation. All the Ministers, Advisers and Special assistants belonged to ruling PML-N. Chief Minister has also sacked one of his advisers form the office.

Balochistan assembly would meet here on January 9. Till then there are possibilities of more resignations.
