5000 dengue cases in Rawalpindi in two weeks

Rawalpindi:Dengue viral fever is taking epidemic shape in Rawalpindi as more than 5000 dengue cases were reported during last 15 days, said Sheikh Rasheed, minister for railways.

Talking to media here, he said the recent dengue attack is more serious and more widespread than the dengue epidemic of 2015. He requested the Punjab government to announce a dengue emergency in Rawalpindi to save precious lives.
