At least 7 dead, 110 injured in Peshawar mosque blast

Peshawar: At least seven people died and more than 110 injured in a powerful bomb blast in seminary of a local mosque here on Tuesday.

Police sources said that a bomb was blasted in the main hall of a mosque at Kohat Road of Dir Colony during a lecture. As a result, the mosque hall was severely damaged and at least 7 people died and more than 110 injured who were rushed to local Lady Reading Hospital.

The condition of some injured was termed critical. Police and law enforcing agencies rushed to the site of blast and began probe.
