KARACHI: Begum Nafees Sardar Yasin Malik Center was opened at the National Institute of Diabetes and Endocrinology, Dow University of Health Sciences, Ojha Campus here Wednesday
Speaking on the occasion noted social worker Sardar Yasin Malik said that diabetes is increasing alarmingly in Pakistan.
He said National Institute of Diabetes and Endocrinology, DUHS is one of the institutions that are actively serving the patients suffering from diabetes and other endocrine diseases. He said the expansion of services of this institution will benefit 300 patients on daily basis.
Vice Chancellor of Dow University, Prof Dr M Saeed Quraishy and Director NIDE, Prof Dr Akhtar Ali Baloch also spoke.
