KARACHI: The Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) administration has decided to retransfer employees working in pharmacy and other departments not on their actual posts, sources at CHK told PPI on Monday.
The Dr Ruth Pfau CHK management has called a meeting Tuesday (today) at the CHK to decide the fate of staff working in different departments of the hospital on own pay scale basis on senior posts by using political influence.
Administration officers, doctors, nurses and paramedical staff are invited to attend the meeting.
The decision to remove OPS employees has taken on the directives of Sindh health department and apex court, said the sources.
They said more than 50 employees including nurses, paramedical staff, doctors and administration staffer are working on key technical posts against their actual posts in healthcare facility due to the shortage of skilled staff, political influence and favouritism
