QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri while issuing directives for construction of government buildings according to future requirements and modern demands in Gwadar has said that government offices, educational institutions and health centres and other buildings should be so designed as meet all other requirements besides tolerating climate situation. High standard should also be ensured in construction. He expressed these views while speaking in a briefing on proposed projects for construction of buildings in different sectors in Gwadar her e Friday.
Senator Agha Shah Zeb Durrani, Additional Chief Secretary Planning and Development Qamar Masood, Secretary Communications and buildings Sher Khan Bazai and Secretary Finance Hyder Ali Shikoh were also present.

He said State of Art buildings construction would not only meet future requirements in Gwadar but it would also save time and money.
He said Gwadar is becoming economic and commercial activities hub in future and drawing attention of national and foreign investors construction of infrastructure on permanent basis is necessary. He said Gwadar is winter capital of Balochistan and in this context construction of Secretariat complex and other offices building it should be implemented at once.
