ISLAMABAD: High Commissioner of Pakistan in Colombo Shahid Ahmad Hashmat called on Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena on Friday.
The Sri Lankan President on this occasion thanked the Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi for timely provision of fertilizer to Sri Lanka to address the shortage issue.
During the meeting, the High Commissioner apprised the Sri Lankan President about various ongoing development projects initiated by Pakistan in Sri Lanka.
He also informed that a high-level experts’ team would soon visit Sri Lanka to carry out feasibility report regarding establishment of dairy farm at Polonnaruwa.
