Efforts are being made for resolving women issues: Suri

QUETTA: Qasim Suri, Deputy Speaker, National Assembly, has said it was being strived to address the problems of women pertaining to CNIC, registration of B-forms and family’s registration certificates at their threshold.

These views were expressed by him while addressing a function held here on Saturday in connection with inaugurating Mobile Registration Van (MRV) for Female at NADRA’s main office at Double Road, Quetta.

Suri added only female personnel would serve women regarding issuance of Computerized Identity Cards (CNIC), registration of B-forms, family registration certificates and other grievances of women with regard to the affairs of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

He added that for redressing the grievances of women, all steps would be taken. Appreciating the measures adopted by Director General, NADRA, Tariq Malik for providing services to the women of Balochistan province to avail the facilities of NADRA at their threshold, he thanked federal DG, NADRA.

On the occasion, Director General, NADRA, Balochistan, Mir Alam Khan, Maqsood Jundani, Azrak Khan, Spokesperson for Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI), Balochistan, Muhammad Asif Tareen and others were also present.
