HUB: Hub Levies in a successful raid foiled smuggling of narcotics and seized 950 Kg Charas form a truck. One smuggler was arrested.
Assistant Commissioner Bela Izzatullah Baloch and others briefing Newsmen at Levies Thana Bela told that Levies during routine checking at Shaheed Sher Muhammad Check Post Jhao Cross suspected a truck and stopped it. Its search led to seizure of 950 Kg Charas Levies arrested truck driver Abdul Khaliq and registered a case. Truck was also impounded.
Assistant Commissioner said that Charas was being smuggled to Karachi which was foiled by Levies men.
