Quetta:In Quetta the Election Tribunal reserved judgment on election petitions filed against Zubaida Jalal, Federal Minister of Defence Production and MNA Molvi Kamal-ud-Din.
Petition filed in the Election Tribunal against successful candidate from NA-271 of Balochistan Awami Party and Federal Minister of Defence Production Zubaida Jalal was heard by Judge Abdullah Baloch.
Lawyers of both the parties appeared before the tribunal. During the hearing lawyer of the appellant requested for seeking fingerprints; however, the tribunal after hearing arguments reserved judgment.
However, the election petition filed against Molvi Kamal-ud-Din, MNA from Muttahida Majlis Amal (MMA) was heard by the Judge of Election Tribunal Mr. Hashim Kakar.
During the hearing lawyers of both the parties completed their arguments whereupon the Election Tribunal reserved its judgment.
