Governor, CM, Speaker condemn ugly incident with Nawaz Sharif

QUETTA: Balochistan Governor Mohammad Khan Achakzai , Chief Minister Abdu Quddus Bizenjo and Speaker Ms Rahila Durrani have condemned incident took place with former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

Governor Achakzai said that disgrace of political leaders is not only undemocratic and immoral act but it is also negation of our national traditional. He said promotion of non tolerance and converting difference of opinion into hate would change society into hatred. He said if serious efforts were not make to aver such dirty acts it can have serious repercussions. He demanded of all the concerned institutions to unveil real motives behind this regretful incident.

Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo while strongly condemning incident taken place with former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said such incidents are extremely shameful. These show intolerance in society and were not becoming cause of disgrace of Pakistan but all over the world. He said difference is right of every society but for it tolerance and positive criticism is necessary. He said Nawaz Sharif is leader of a major political party and such indigents with him and other political leaders can take country’s politics to chaos while respect must not be left in politics.

Speaker Ms Rahila Durrani also regretted such dirty incident and said expressed regret over growing trend of intolerance. She said what message would go to the world by such acts. It would push the country to destruction and such incidents are condemnable.

She said everyone has right of difference but such incidents are extremely shameful and have no scope in our society. Element of decency in politics must be maintained and all political parties must take such incidents seriously. If such incidents were not stopped in time any other politician may face such a situation in future.
