Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, Chairman Hurriyat forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, has expressed concern over increasing tension between India and Pakistan on the Line of Control.
In a statement in Srinagar, he said that he was distressed to see bloodshed taking place on the LoC every day.
The Mirwaiz also appealed to the Kashmiri Pandits to return to their homeland.
Meanwhile, a peaceful protest was held on the call of Joint Resistance Leadership outside Jamia Masjid Srinagar.
On the occasion, Hurriyat leaders and activists condemned against Indian state terrorism and the tactics adopted by Indian investigating agencies NIA to implicate innocent Kashmiris including Hurriyat leaders in false cases.
