ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Long Term Plan will provide framework for speedy industrialization in the country.
He said this in his interview published in ‘Beijing Review’ on Tuesday. He said that the plan was completely in line with the seven pillars of the Pakistan Vision 2025, which were founded on the economic principles of inclusive and sustainable development.
The Minister Long Term Plan on connectivity, energy, trade, industrial parks, agricultural development, poverty alleviation, tourism and financial cooperation.
The minister said CPEC will enormously speed up industrialization and urbanization process aimed at bringing prosperity for the people of Pakistan.
