KARACHI:A man was injured in a robbery incident in Sultanabad area of the metropolis on Wednesday.
According to rescue sources, two robbers tried to loot a 35-year-old man, Khan Muhammad son of Saleh Muhammad, near Haji Camp in Sultanabad, but he offered them resistance on which the robbers attacked with a knife and beat him up severely. As a result, he sustained injuries.
The robbers fled to unknown destination after looting a mobile phone and cash from the man.
The injured was shifted to Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi for treatment.
