KARACHI:The University of Karachi Registrar has announced that the admissions of Masters and Diploma evening programs for the session 2018-19 will commence from 4th July and will continue till 15th July, 2018.
Interested candidates may submit admissions forms with scanned copies of required documents through online admission portal (www.uokadmission.edu.pk) of the university. Admission form processing fees of Rs 1800 can be submitted in HBL. Scanned copy of the fees deposit slip must be attached along with the online admission form.
In Masters’ program, admissions are offered in Administrative Sciences, Agriculture and Agribusiness Management, Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, Applied Statistics, BEd in Special Education and Teachers’ Education, Botany, Chemistry, Commerce (General and Insurance), Criminology, Economics, Economics and Finance, Education, English, English Linguistics/ Literature, Environmental Studies, Health, Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Human Resource Management (HRM), Industrial and Business Maths, International Relations, Islamic Learning, MPharm (Pharmacognocy), MS (Pharmaceutics) and MS (Pharmacology), Library and Information Science, Mass Communication, MBA (3.5 Years), Microbiology, Petroleum Technology, Applied Physics (with specialization in electronics & communication), Physics, Physiology, Population Sciences, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration, Psychology, Quran o Sunna, Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System( MS leading to PhD. test based), Sociology, Space Science and Technology, Transport Management, Urdu and women & gender studies.
One year Diploma is offered in Applied Genetics, Computer and Information Sciences, Contemporary Arabic, Investigative Psychology, Persian, Petroleum Technology, Criminology, Environmental Studies, Inclusive Education, Industrial and organization Psychology, Functional Arabic, Quranic Arabic Language, Sports Administration and Management, Assessment, Counseling & Psychotherapy and Urdu (for foreigners only).
While one year Diploma leading to Masters degree are offered in Audiology and Speech Pathology, Economics and Finance, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration and Public policy analysis, Special Education, Local Government & Administration and Supply Chain Management.
