ISLAMABAD: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said that the federal government will further enhance budget for Azad Kashmir.
Talking to AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider here on Wednesday, he assured to provide full assistance for hydropower and tourism related projects in the state.
The Minister said the federal government will release funds on time for Public Sector Development Programme projects in Azad Kashmir.
He said the government of Pakistan will also fulfill all its obligations to empower AJK Legislative Assembly and the government through constitutional reforms.
The AJK Prime Minister thanked the federal government for enhancing development budget for the state.
The two leaders also expressed concern over the situation along the Line of Control and demanded of the international community to take of Indian aggression there.
