KARACHI:Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday issued notices to Sindh government, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh and others regarding the recovery of missing persons.
A two-member bench of SHC heard a set of pleas filed by families of missing persons and ordered the relevant authorities to submit a report until 28 November after recovering the missing citizens.
The bench ordered Sindh government missing citizens’ may have life threats so they should be recovered immediately.
A family of missing citizen, Qasim, stated before the bench that he had been missing since 27 October from Zaman Town, while, other citizens are also missing from different areas so they should be traced as soon as possible.
