KHAIRPUR: A notorious criminal was killed in encounter with Piryaloi police, near here on Tuesday.
According to SSP Khairpur Shabir Ahmed Sethar, a police party on a tip-off raided near Piryaloi, when criminals present there opened firing on it.
I exchange of firing a notorious criminal identified as Mohammad Fazal Lound alias Fazlo Lound was killed while his other accomplices managed to escape.
Police recovered one rifle and cartridges from the possession of the dead bandit.
