KARACHI: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Najam Sethi in a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday lauded support for conducting a historic Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket final match in Karachi.

The meeting was also attended by Principal Secretary of CM Sohail Rajput, CEO PCB Subhaan Ahmed, General Manager National Stadium Arshad Khan and other relevant officials.

In the meeting, the chief minister reaffirmed his commitment towards bringing international cricket back to the metropolis and said that he had already issued necessary directives to his administration to make foolproof security arrangements for Pakistan Super League final match. People of Sindh were very excited to receive international cricketers in the metropolis, he added.

He further said that security plan had been finalized for players, officials and citizens on the eve of the match.
