PDWP approves four development schemes in Punjab

ISLAMABAD: Punjab Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) has approved four development schemes of various sectors with an estimated cost of one point two billion rupees.

These schemes were approved in the 52nd meeting of PDWP of current fiscal year 2017-18 in Lahore.

The approved development schemes include construction of flyover in Gujranwala at cost of seven point six billion rupees, establishment of model cattle market at Multan of one point one billion rupees, reclamation of waterlogged agriculture land of border area in Bahawalnagar costing one point five billion rupees, and mitigation of water logging in District Rahim Yar Khan at the cost of one point six billion rupees.
