PSL: High alert declared in 13 KMC hospitals

KARACHI: Medical and Health Survives Department Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) has declared high alert in all health facilities of KMC during fourth edition matches of Pakistan Super League (PSL) at National Stadium Karachi.

On the directives of Mayor Karachi, high alert was declared in 13 hospital of KMC during PSL matches 2019. In-Charge Rescue 1122 ambulances services has been directed to remain high alert with ambulances and staff. They have been instructed to prepare duty roaster and submit to Senior Director Medical and Health Survives Office.

The heads and medical superintendents have also been directed to make contingency plan and arrangements. The high alert was declared in Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH), Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases (KIHD), Sarfraz Rafiqui Shaheed Hospital, Sobhraj Maternity Hospital (SMH), Landhi Medical Complex, Spencer Eye Hospital, Landhi Cardiac Centre, Shah Faisal Cardiac Centre, Homeopathic Hospital Nazimabad, Leprosy Hospital Manghopir, Gazdarabad Maternity and General Hospital (GMGH) and other healthcare facilities to cater any eventuality.
