KARACHI: Sindh Home Minister Sohail Anwar Siyal in a meeting here on Monday reviewed security arrangements for the death anniversary of PPP’s founder chairman and former Prime Minister Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto to be observed on at Garhi Khuda Bux on April 4, 2018.

The meeting was attended by commissioner Larkana, DIG Larkana, DIG Headquarters Sindh, Establishment and SSP Larkana. On this occasion, commissioner Larkana briefed the meeting about security arrangements, cleanliness at the mazar in Ghari Khuda Bux and the surrounding areas besides the steps to ensure smooth traffic flow.

Siyal directed police to enhance police patrolling on the highways, conduct snap checking as well as ensuring picketing and vigilance on suspects at entry and exit points.

He also directed officials to intensify patrolling along routes leading to Garhi Khuda Bux and Naudero as a large number of people from other provinces are expected to attend the event.
