Karachi: The inaugural edition of KFC – Karachi Premier League will begin from March 28 here at Naya Nazimabad Hussain Lawai Cricket Stadium.
The tournament offers lucrative prize purse of Rs.500,000 while the runner up will receive Rs.2,5000. A total of six teams will participate in the tournament namely, FB Area, Malir Dolphins, Gulshan Stallions, Clifton Lions, North Hawks and Johar Bears.
The T20 matches will be organized on single league basis. The four qualifiers will meet in the next round on April 4. The final will be contested between the winners of the qualifier on April 5.
