Sports: Cricket: Peshawar Region Disabled Cricket team trials on Nov 13


Karachi: Trials to select the Peshawar Region Disabled Cricket team for the upcoming National Disabled T20 Cricket Championship will be held at the Abdul Wali Khan Sports Complex Charsadda in Peshawar on November 13.

According to PDCA secretary Amiruddin Ansari, a three-member selection committee comprising of first-class cricketer Zulfiqar Jan, first class umpire Sajid Afridi and coordinator Sajid Mahmood will observe the trials. Captain of Pakistan Disabled Cricket team and also captain of Peshawar team, Nihar Alam will also be present on the occasion.

Interested physically disabled cricketers from Peshawar region are advised to report to Sajid Mahmood, who is the PDCA coordinator of Peshawar, in proper cricket attire.
