KARACHI: Two young doctors of National Institute of Child Health (NICH) have won awards in International Conference of Association of Pediatric Surgeon of Pakistan, held at Quaid-e-Azam Medical College Bahawalpur in Punjab.
Two research papers based on patients jointly treated at Department of Pediatric Surgery and Children Cancer Centre of Child AID Association at NICH won awards. The paper presented by Dr Sumera was on “Germ Cell Tumors” in children and by Dr Sajid Ali on “Bone Tumors of Childhood”.
The 150 pediatric surgeons from all over Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom(UK) and other countries attended the conference.
