UC chairman approaches KWSB against water scarcity

Karachi: Union Council 26 Chairman Qaiser Imtiaz once again approached the Karachi Water & Sewerage Board (KWSB) for getting redressed water scarcity in his area.

In a letter written to KWSB Superintendent Engineer Saddar Town, Qaiser Imtiaz said that there was acute shortage of potable water in Pakistan Chowk, Haqqani Chowk, Railway Colony and other areas.

The chairman said that water was one of the basic requirements of life and the residents of above mentioned areas were facing severe hardships. He requested the KWSB to resolve the issue at the earliest.

It may be noted here that the same sort of letter was written earlier as well but in vain.
