Young doctors announce opening of emergency services

Quetta: Young Doctors Association (YDA) announced to open emergency services in government run healthcare facilities of the province and trauma centres after the success parleys held between government representatives and Young Doctors Association (YDA), according to a statement issued by the Chief Minister’s Secretariat here on Thursday.

OPD services would also be restored in all the hospitals and other healthcare facilities after breakthrough of previous meeting held between government representatives and YDA while the government announced to release the detained doctors.

The government was represented by provincial Ministers Haji Noor Muhammad Dumar, Mir Naseebullah Marri and Haji Mir Muhammad Khan Lehri while doctor Hafeez Mandokhail, spokesperson for YDA represented YDA in the negotiations held between government representatives and YDA.
