QUETTA: Government of Balochistan has declared the Camp Office Gwadar as Wing of S and GAD.
A notification issued by Services and General Administration Department, Government of Balochistan says, “In exercise of the powers conferred by Rules-4 (2) of the Balochistan Government Rules of Business 2012, the Secretary, Government of Balochistan, Services and General Administration Department is pleased to declare the Camp Office Gwadar as a Wing of S and GAD. The TORs of the Camp Office Gwadar shall be as under; (i) The Camp Office Gwadar will work as a Wing of S and GAD and Additional Secretary will lead as overall In-charge. (ii) The distribution of work within the Camp Office will be done by the Additional Secretary with approval of the Secretary, S and GAD (iii) The Section Officer (Gwadar Camp Office) will be the D.D.O and expenditures will be within FR Rules and with prior approval of the Additional Secretary (iv) The Additional Secretary Camp Office will coordinate /liaison with all provincial and federal departments in Gwadar on behalf of the Chief Minister and the Chief Secretary Balochistan. (v) To facilitate the visit of Chief Minister and other dignitaries in Gwadar (vi) Any other task / assignment from the competent authority”.
