150 laptops distributed amongst students

QUETTA:Laptops amongst 150 students of different universities and colleges were distributed in Chief Minister’s Secretariat here on Tuesday.

Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan addressing the ceremony said besides providing laptops to the students of Balochistan, they would be given the opportunity of visiting leading educational institutions of the country.

He said youth comprises 65% of the country’s population and they are to assume the responsibilities in future. He remarked that youth were the focus of the long-term policy of the incumbent provincial government, adding that irrespective of political affiliation, no compromise would be made on education.

He said, “Natural resources end with the passage of time; however, fruits of education never end. He emphasized the youth to focus on polishing their capabilities, adding that investment on youth would end the menace of unemployment.

On the occasion, Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan, Provincial Ministers Mir Zahoor Ahmed Buledi, Saleem Khoso, Arif Muhammad Hasni distributed laptops amongst the students of different Universities and Colleges of Mekran and Khuzdar divisions.
