17 non-customs-paid vehicles seized

QUETTA: Collectorate of Customs, Balochistan claimed to have seized 17 non-customs-paid vehicles in an operation conducted in cooperation with FC in the provincial capital on Saturday.

Following the directions of Gul Rehman, Chief Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Balochistan, staff of Collectorate of Customs, Balochistan in cooperation with Frontier Corps (FC), Balochistan seized 17 non-customs-paid vehicles in an operation conducted in Quetta city. Gul Rehman, Chief Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Balochistan said that a comprehensive strategy had been devised for launching crackdown against non-customs-paid vehicles in other parts of the province.

He added that the services of Frontier Corps, Police and Levies force had also been sought for the crackdown to be launched soon against non-customs-paid vehicles in other parts of the province, adding that non-customs-paid vehicles were causing irreparable loss to the national exchequer.
