Karachi:Accountability Court Hyderabad on Thursday passed a judgment in Ref No. 03/2017. One accused person was acquitted namely Ghulan Muhammad Memon, who is already in Judicial custody in another reference (Ref No. 01/2019).
Remaining five accused persons were convicted for 5 years and Rs2mn fine each. These convicts include namely Sohail Adeeb Bachani (who is already in judicial custody in Ref No. 01/2019), Asadullah Solangi, Mubeen, Walidad Khoso, and Mehmood Abbas. It may be noted that 3 accused persons in this reference are absconders and one accused has expired.
