LAHORE:Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department, Sarah Aslam instructed to accelerate door to door vaccination drive after special joint instructions of Minister Health Dr Yasmin Rashid and Chief Secretary Jawad Rafiq Malik here on Thursday.
To speed up door to door vaccination drive she issued orders to add on three more districts in social mobilization vaccination campaign. This special campaign will be functional in Sialkot, Gujrat and Sargodha from 2nd to 10th August. To facilitate masses on their doors, this drive will encompass all union councils of respective districts, she added.
Sarah Aslam instructed while registration, people should enter proper data and relevant details regarding their name and address for transparency and proper follow-ups. She also added, “Vaccination and following SOPs are the only solution to combat the deadly Delta variant COVID-19 wave”. She requested all people above 18 should get vaccinated on early basis. Sarah Aslam, Sec P and SHD also encouraged people to cooperate with vaccination teams.
