Arabic Food Festival concludes

KARACHI: Avari Towers hotel hosted a three-day Arabic Food Festival that concludes on Sunday. The festival brought intriguing pleasure in every taste for the visitors.

People experienced the huge variety of more than 10 main dishes along with starter and delicious traditional dessert buffet prepared by Arabic Specialist.

The menu included Kabsa, Shawerma, Mesakhan Chicken, Shish Tawook, Rez bel Jaj, Lamb with dried limes, Koosa Mehshi and much more.

Director Food Beverage Imtiaz Hussain stated, “The combination of Middle Eastern and Arabic cuisine includes a wide variety of condiments and main ingredients such as baaharat, zataar and sumac, which is exactly what Pakistani people enjoy.
