QUETTA: A total number of 6158 cases were at the Balochistan High Court including Circuit Benches at Sibi and Turbat while 4966 cases were registered during 2017 in the High Court of Balochistan.
According to registrar BHC this court disposed off 5094 cases till December 31, 2017 while a total of 6030 cases were under hearing at BHC including Circuit benches of Sibi and Turbat.
It added that a total of 12995 cases were under during January 2017 at the subordinate courts and 48863 new cases were registered during the year 2017. From January 2017 till December 31, 2017 subordinate Courts decided 49032 cases in Balochistan. There are 12826 cases were under hearing in Courts of the province so far.
