QUETTA:A three-member-commission of Election Commission of Pakistan headed by Chief Election Commissioner, Ahmed Raza Khan disqualified Muhammad Khan alias Toar Utmankhail, Provincial Minister for Industries, in a fake degree case.
Muhammad Khan alias Toar Utmankhail had been elected member of Balochistan Provincial Assembly from PB-4, Loralai on the ticket of Balochistan Awami Party.
Muhammad Khan alias Toar Utmankhail has announced to challenge the decision of Election Commission before the High Court of Balochistan.
