Karachi, Bhanero Textile Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on October 28, 2021 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2021.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from October 21, 2021 to October 28, 2021.
Bhanero Textile Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as Public Listed Company. The Company primarily has spinning and weaving units and is engaged in the manufacture and sale of yarn and woven fabric, however, it also generates electricity for self-consumption.
The textile group comprises of three companies: Bhanero Textile Mills Limited, Faisal Spinning Mills Limited, and Blessed Textiles Limited, all three operating both spinning and weaving facilities. Umer Group has a total of five spinning mills with an installed capacity of over 187,008 spindles supported by the latest European and Japanese machinery.
The group has three weaving mills featuring more than 588 air jet weaving machines. The greige fabric produced is used for sheeting, home textile and apparel. The weaving mills produce over 6 million meters of fabric per month.
The total number of shares are 3,000,000. The Earning per share is 109.80 in 2020 which was 277.47 in 2019. The Profit after Taxation of the Company is 329,399,000 in 2020 which was 832,410,000 in 2019.
