QUETTA:A World Civil Defense Day rally was staged here Friday to observe the day.
It was led by Hidayatullah, Deputy Director, Civil Defense, Balochistan under the aegis of Directorate of Civil Defense Balochistan.
The rally began from Press Club Quetta, marched on different roads and culminated at Directorate of Civil Defense, Balochistan.
Speaking at the occasion, Hidayatullah said that main purpose of the rally was to create awareness about the objectives and importance of civil defense. He said that training of Civil Defense is indispensable for citizens.
