KARACHI:Cold weather hit Karachi on Sunday with dusty winds, casing dust in the atmosphere. The duty winds disturbed social life.
Mainly cold and dry weather occurred in most parts of the country, including Karachi. The temperature in Karachi dropped to 12 oC. The city’s highest temperature was recorded at 25 oC.
Pakistan Metrological Department said that mainly very cold and dry weather is expected in northern areas, while cold and dry in other parts of the country. Shallow foggy conditions are likely to prevail in few central and southern parts of Punjab.
During the next 24 hours, weather remained very cold in northern areas, while cold and dry also hit other parts of the country.
