KARACHI: Sindh Government has notified that all officers of Ex-PCS and PSS that a five-member committee headed by Syed Asif Hyder Shah, PAS (BS-21), Secretary, Training Management and Research Wing, SGAandCD, Sindh Civil Service Academy, Karachi has been constituted vide Service, General Administration and Coordination Department’s notification of even number dated 17.08.2018 to determine and suggest sharing formula between Ex-PCS and PSS Officers for the purpose of promotion in BS-18) and above, as per ToRs contained in the notification.
According to Shahmir Khan Bhutto Additional Secretary (Service-I), the committee met on 30.08.2018 and decided that as per ToRs the representative of both the Cadres i.e. Ex-PCS and PSS may be provided an opportunity to present their view point into the matter.
The officers of Ex-PCS and PSS specially the petitioner in High Court of Sindh in CP. No-55 of 2016 and Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Petition No.33-K of 2018 may like to file their view point in writing individually or collectively or in groups before the committee within seven (07) days form the issuance of this notice and submit the same with the Section Officer-V, SGAandCD.
