ISLAMABAD:The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has taken serious notice of delay in completion of Supreme Court Employees Cooperative Housing Society.
There has been hue and cry of employees/members of the society complaining that despite of lapse of much time, employees/members of society have not yet been allotted any possession of the plots or even land has not been acquired so far.
The CJP resolved to address the issue and to ensure allotment of plots to allottees as soon as possible. Showing grave concern about the plight of employees/members, the CJP has directed Director General, Intelligence Bureau (IB) to conduct a preliminary inquiry in the matter so as to ascertain the causes of delay in allotment of plots to the employees/members and to fix responsibility on the delinquents for undue delay and also to investigate different aspects whether any sort of corruption is involved in the matter.
