ISLAMABAD: A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has announced decision into the Election Reforms Act 2017.
In a short judgment, the bench said that no ineligible person can hold the office of party President. The bench has ordered that the name of Nawaz Sharif be removed from the party presidentship.
