KARACHI:Sindh Chief Secretary Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah has advised the administration secretaries and commissioners of all of Divisions in Sindh to ensure special attention to the complaints of people.
He was addressing a meeting in his office on Friday which also connected with a video conference to the divisional commissioners.
The Secretaries of Local Government, Labour, Transport School and College Education, Public Health Engineering, work and services, Commissioner of Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas and Shaheed Benazirabad apprised the meeting about the progress of disposal of complaints.
Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah asked the Divisional Commissioners to expeditiously resolve all complaints by improving the public service delivery system in coordination and consultation with the relevant administrative departments.
He also emphasized upon training of the concerned officers of Secretariat and Division/District Management. He categorically noted that performance to this effect will be recorded in the ACRs (Annual Confidential Reports) of the concerned officers. He maintained that monthly review meetings will be held regarding the public service delivery system and disposal of complaints.
