ISLAMABAD: Pakistan High Commissioner to UK Syed Ibne Abbas has said that Pakistan has rendered more sacrifices in the fight against terrorism than any other country in the world.
He was talking to All Party Parliamentary Group on Pakistan at the British Parliament in London. The High Commissioner said terrorism is a global phenomenon and, therefore, needs a global response.
He reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to fight terrorism till the end.
On the occasion, the Group members appreciated Pakistan’s role in fighting terrorism and acknowledged its sacrifices.
The High Commissioner apprised the British Parliamentarians about serious human rights violations in the Occupied Kashmir. He called upon the APPG members to play their role to end the sufferings of the Kashmiri people.
