Election Tribunal reserves judgment in petitions

Quetta: In Quetta the Election Tribunal reserved judgment in an Election Petitions filed against two members of Assembly while arguments on another petition were completed.

Election petition filed by Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind, President, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Balochistan in the Election Tribunal against successful candidate from NA 260 Nawabzada Khalid Magsi of Balochistan Awami Party was heard by the Election Tribunal headed by Justice Hashim Kakar.

Lawyers of MNA Khalid Magsi and Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind appeared before the Tribunal.

Judgment was reserved by the Election Tribunal after hearing arguments of both the parties.

In the Election Tribunal of Justice Hashim Kakar, election petition filed by Yousaf Khan Kakar of Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party against successful candidate from PB-24 Malik Naeem Bazai of Awami National Party was heard.

Lawyers of both the parties appeared before the court. During the hearing both the lawyers completed their arguments.

Election Tribunal of Judge Abdullah Baloch heard the Election Petition filed against Member National Assembly Mir Hashim Notezai of Balochistan Awami Party by Sardar Fateh Muhammad Hasni.

Lawyers of Mir Hashim Notezai and Sardar Fateh Muhammad Hasni appeared before the tribunal. During the hearing, lawyers completed arguments on the statement of Mir Hashim Notezai while 7 December was fixed for final hearing.
